River's Bend Ranch
Accommodations include: A three story bunkhouse with ten rooms, each with seperate baths. Two cabins, each features a wrap around porch, living room, kitchen and jacuzzi baths. The Ranch House features a comfortable country decor with a large kitchen, three bedrooms and two baths. This family suite sleeps six. The Hideout, a one bedroom unit with a small sitting area, kitchenette, and bathroom with a shower. Guests that are seven and older can sign-up for a guided trail ride along the Shenandoah River. Those guests under seven can take a ride in our indoor arena.

Shangrila Retreat is truly southern hospitality at its finest. We are committed to providing our guests with fine food, great trail riding and entertainment. In addition to the horseback riding, we allow our guests to be hands on with the horses. Guests may assist in the grooming and feeding of the horses and other farm animals as well. We cater our horseback riding to our guests comfort. Guests are also welcome to feed the ducks and fish in the stocked pond, we have a few cane poles available or guests may bring their own.
The Old Home Place has 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and fireplace, one with a full bed and fireplace, and one with two twin beds. In addition, it has a kitchen, living room with fireplace, bathroom, washer and dryer. The home is surrounded by pastures and the pond is within walking distance from the house. The log cabin has a queen bed, full bathroom, open living area and two twin beds in the loft. The kitchen area has a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. The log cabin has a covered front porch facing a small pasture and is surrounded by trees. The upper level of the Packhouse has a private efficiency with a queen bed, bathroom and small kitchen area.
