RIDING STABLES

Riding Stables, provide safe, well-mannered horses for the public to rent by the hour for horseback riding either on marked trails or led by a trail guide. Riding stables are fun for the whole family, all riders are matched up with horses that suit their riding abilities and lessons are provided to those with little or no experience. Although some riding stables allow parents to ride double with younger children on easy trails, pony rides are available in a ring or are hand led in a designated area. Most riding stables can accommodate family reunions, birthday parties, and groups for guided trail rides, wagon/hay rides, and pony rides if planned in advance.

Visit a riding stable near you and get back in the saddle again, or while you're on vacation find a stable close by and take a relaxing afternoon or sunset ride. Take a few hours to enjoy the fresh air and amazing scenery of a mountain trail on horseback, or an unexpected ride through the beautiful trails in Central Park.
