Sommers Gate Farms
We offer a completely remodeled and furnished farmhouse for guests traveling with horses and pets. The farmhouse offers all the amenities of home: refrigerator, stove, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, satellite television, DVD player, etc. Sleeps 6 comfortably. There is a large fenced in yard around the house. We recently put up a new tongue and groove horse barn with five 12 x 12 stalls. There are also three large shelters with paddocks, an outdoor riding arena and a round pen.
Our campground offers 30 amp and 50 amp hookups for trailers with living quarters, campers and motor homes. There is a 3-acre pasture with a shelter at the campground site. The farms are located off Interstate 70 off exit 52 between Mulberry Grove and Vandalia, IL. The farmhouse and campground can be viewed on our website, www.sommersgatefarms.com.
